Squad Level Progression Goals

On entry into the SwimMagic Squad Programme swimmers have demonstrated competency in core strokes, and have knowledge of the fundamental skills that will see them safe in the water.

Technique is key to success, recognising this our programme and goals have been structured with checks put in place to ensure that each swimmer is performing set skills as effeciently and effectively as possible.

SwimMagic is a kick based programme, with lesson planning focussed around high quality repetitions of set skills over short distances. On joining we are confident that your child will make huge gains in ability through improved technique in a very short space of time.

At SwimMagic we aim to foster a love for the water in swimmers from a very young age, and aim to provide structures and programmes that help nurture this interest. SwimMagic Advanced Squad Options

On completion of the SwimMagic Gold Squad options are available within each site to ensure that we can continue to nurture the swimming interests of your children. In many sites we are trialling an exciting new league format launched by Auckland Swimming, Where swimmers compete for their swim school as part of a team of 25 ranging in age from 8 - 12, after a great first season we are looking forward to building on the 5 teams entered in round one.
